DOWN THE RABBIT HOLE: This week’s First Amendment rights being stripped with SB 686, and it’s time to read the Declaration of Independence
Did you know the Declaration of Independence very clearly states it is the people’s duty to overthrow a tyrannical government.
And as one radio commentator noted, “Therein lies the purpose of the second amendment.”
He said the Second Amendment is about the people “being well armed in the unlikely event we ever have to 1776 again.”
Our founding fathers wrote it – and now children in school are not being taught it. Why?
HISTORY REPEATS ITSELF, DOESN’T IT?
It certainly is this week with SB 686, the Restriction Act, and if you think this bill is just about a TikTok ban wakeup.
The Declaration of Independence says that our “rights are given to us by God not the government,” does anyone remember that?
“We hold these truths to be self-evident that all men are endowed by their creator with certain unalienable rights.” In the coming days these will be words we should all commit to memory.
I just want to remind everyone too that Joe Biden does not have the authority to sign a treaty without it going through Congress first. And Congress does not have the authority to enter a treaty that sits above the constitution – they don’t have that authority. Any act of doing any of the following is an act of treason against the people of the United States of America. Nothing sits above the constitution and the American people’s rights and these rights can’t be signed away to a third party – our government does not have the authority.
It has been said over and over these last few weeks, if the government tries to sit above the Constitution, it is an act of treason.
And so, while the words “TikTok ban” seem to be on everyone’s lips and indeed it appears last week’s congressional hearing made Congress look ridiculous unless you are listening to mainstream media because of this possible ban, you can be sure that even TikTok is still doing its censoring game.
Censoring the censored – dystopian beyond imagination.
And while I really don’t want to see TikTok banned, let’s get onboard with the bigger picture anyway.
For now, forget the TikTok mainstream pushed narrative and get your head around the fact SB686 violates our First Amendment rights.
IN FACT, IT IS THE PATRIOT ACT ON STEROIDS
One attorney said, “If they decide they do not want criticism of the US government, this will shut you up or you could find yourself imprisoned for 20 years and fined up to $1 million for deviating from the chosen narrative.”
This bill gives the government the right to audit any platform that accesses the internet that has one million or more users and that includes mobile, desktop, banking, iMessages and even home security system apps.
The committees formed by the US Senate to oversee this does not need to be vetted by any qualification either.
This bill and the TikTok narrative are not about safety – it is about control.
IS THIS THE WORLD WE WANT TO LIVE IN?
And it is because of greedy men and women who don’t know when enough is enough.
Did you know Meta’s (Facebook and Instagram) Mark Zuckerburg hired a PR firm and lobbyist group to get rid of TikTok because it is competition? That is how in an elementary explanation this really all started.
It won’t work because many of the 150 million American TikTok users (that’s 44% of the US population) are deleting their Zuckerburg apps and telling him to stick it.
And remember, Google and Facebook do way more than TikTok does in offering chosen narrative information to its users.
Many people have been talking about getting a VPN number to change the country where your phone is registered. Yea, just like those in China and Iran have to do in order to get around their tyrannous governments. I had to stop a moment and breath when it hit me our country is now possibly going to have to do the same thing that those countries do, just WOW.
But then, just like out of a fascist playbook it was added into the bill that if you are caught with said VPN number you can be fined or imprisoned. So how does that sound for a free country and a government who cares about their constituents?
And another fact – while the Democrats are blaming the Republicans on this bill passing – turns out it passed in Congress with 23 Democrats and 29 Republicans onboard.
The Texas democrats were Lizzie Fletcher, and Marc Veasey and the Texas Republican were Michael Burgess, Randy Weber, August Pfluger, and Dan Crenshaw. And by way, Dan there has stock in Meta and Apple and Amazon. So, one can only wonder if there was a conflict of interest in this vote.
That conflict probably involved more than just Dan though. Go to CapitalTrades.com and put any politician in and find out what they are owning and trading, lots of Zuckerburg and BlackRock stuff, do your own research.
One of the most vocal in the congress has been the sponsor of the Restriction Act, Mark Warner. He is a democrat from West Virginia said to be worth a quarter of a billion dollars. Much of his campaign money apparently came from BlackRock, but you probably already knew that!
Also, if TikTok is going to be banned because it is a “Chinese” company, look at these companies owned by Chinese companies and let’s ban them too: General Motors, Smithfield Food, Ingram Micro (they distribute Apple phones, Cisco Network Equipment), Motorola, GE Appliance Division, yea, is this making sense yet?
Back to the Declaration of Independence, one woman said based on the Declaration of Independence we can take our general congress to Supreme World Court. From there, “We the People” decide whether to alter or abolish this government.
What else you can do (even though I believe the Bill is already on Joe’s desk) well, call your representatives and remind them their actions have consequences. Tell them this egregious violation of first amendment rights is going to assure their ticket out of DC. Here is the number: (202) 224-3121.
Then go read up on the Declaration of Independence and learn it word for word. There may come a time we are forced to understand that our Founding Fathers understood all too well that tyranny continues until all humans remember we are endowed by our creator with certain unalienable rights.
