DOWN THE RABBIT HOLE: Why do Americans know the sick narrative, only to turn a blind eye?

The real threat to our democracy lies in misinformation

My musings this week have a strange whiff of what I’ve been hearing people call totalitarianism right here in the United States.

I still think there is hope.

It does cause me to pause however, when I realize the most recent TikTok ban made it through the Congress and Senate in what I believe was just over a week.

And even more to the point, it was passed along with a bill that had nothing to do with TikTok – the rest of the package was all about war.

You know – the big moneymaker we have going on right now in this country.

So, the Senate approved this measure according to www.washingtonpost.com/technology/2024/04/23/tiktok-ban-senate-vote-sale-biden 79 to 18 “as part of a sprawling package offering aid to Israel, Ukraine and Taiwan (to the tune of $91 billion I believe).

Yep, if you aren’t seeing the pattern yet, it’s because you aren’t looking, or you aren’t able to pry your eyes from mainstream media yet.

Joe Joe also has confirmed he signed the bill into law during a White House address.

Let Ukraine flags fly high in the House of Congress, because they did last week.

Even though House Resolution 1170 prohibits Congress from displaying foreign flags on the house floor, they were flying high.

When was the last time an American flag was flown high anywhere on that floor?

Why do our politicians have such an internal determination to give Volodymyr Zelensky more money?

I can’t even look at him because of the pictures I saw of him dancing in a skintight red bodysuit at a birthday party.

That was pre his being puppeteered into his presidential seat in Ukraine (our 51st state I’ve heard – now that’s a thought).

I suspect Speaker of the House Mike Johnson who lawmakers in DC have mentioned seems to be turning his votes for reasons unknown.

He was looking for the Sergeant at Arms last week regarding the Ukraine flag debacle. Why?

Maybe the American people were not supposed to see the quiet part in our faces.

And Israel, why are we pouring money to them?

Oh right, AIPAC (The American Israel Public Affairs Committee).

And then, we pour money for aid into the people who are being killed by the money we are giving Israel to kill them

This math is just not matching.

Looking at the patterns, it’s not being hidden anymore. It’s like we know they know we see them, and they don’t care, because the American people aren’t going to do anything.

As for TikTok and its parent company (most of the owners aren’t Chinese, but that narrative has seemed to stick) it has nine months to sell the app.

I heard Facebook’s Zuckerberg wants to buy it.

If they are shaking in their boots because a Chinese company owns a small piece of TikTok (and a potential security risk), why are we still sending billions outside the country, instead of securing us from the flow of illegals entering our country, murdering, and demanding money from our government?

I heard one person say, “Stop spitting out the China fear if we are going to continue to spend billions buying everything from them.”

Tradingeconomic.com (tradingeconomics.com/china/exports/united-states) reported, “China Exports to United States was $501.22 billion during 2023, according to the United Nations COMTRADE database on international trade.”

I bet if any of you had the time, you could look at some of these Chinese export companies the US is working with and do some research on the politicians who are making money on Chinese companies.

Truth is, the boys and girls in DC are afraid of social media platforms like TikTok because that is where people are seeing the truth and standing up for it against the insanities they are seeing today.

Here is one for you, let it sink in slowly:

It didn’t start with the gas chambers.

It started with one party controlling the media;

One party controlling the message;

One party deciding what is the truth;

One party censoring speech and controlling the opposition;

One party dividing citizens into “us” versus “them” and calling on their supporters to harass “them;”

It started when good people turned a blind eye and let it happen.

Lawmakers like Senator Rand Paul (R-KY) has said this ban “violates First Amendment rights of TikTok users and gives the government the power to force the sale of other companies.”

So, voters in America – are you awake yet?

For all my Democrat buddies who think Joe Joe is actually running things – well a vote for Joe Joe is a vote for not only this TikTok ban – but a free speech ban.

And since many of the protesters who are against the Palestinian genocide are finding that they are not allowed to protest, well if you’re a Joe Joe supporter, he is the head of the class and responsible for protesters being dragged off.

Very un-liberal of him, isn’t it?

So, let me unpack this one; a vote for Joe Joe means a vote against the freedom to protest in this country and free speech – that seems ugly from where I sit.

I am going to say something unpopular with many – you cannot blame this on Trump. He’s too tied up in court.

He will probably still win the election. Don’t get all outraged that I said that – I didn’t say who I was voting for in November. I’m going to write my own name in on the ballot.

Division before an election, keep the country divided, straight out of a war playbook. I’m guessing most of the protesters who are not paid by Soros’ are Joe Joe fans.

And yes, I’m adamantly against any protesters with the audacity to yell death to Americans on these college campuses – particularly since we are in America.

Isn’t that called domestic terrorism?

I am going to repeat what I heard someone point out on TikTok (and you wonder why they want it banned): 548 people sat in a room, and the only thing they could agree on was not minimum wage, not the border crisis, not inflation, not healthcare, not helping out the homeless and veterans – nope, the only thing they could all collectively agree on was to ban TikTok.

Hey folks in DC, the American people who put you in power SEE you, HEAR you and the election is coming.
